Short meditation

This is not a visualisation but a direct experience of the air going in to the body through your nose all way down to the belly and coming up all the way out through the nostrils. Be aware of the the texture,tempº,pace of the air. Be aware of your belly or the wall of the abdomen, as the air goes in the belly expand and as the air goes out the belly deflates. Follow this ritmic movment without forcing it at all). Just enjoying it.

Breathing in, I know Iam breathing in
Breathing out I know I am breathing out (3x)
